2024 - Rear USB C
This is something I’m annoyed with. My ‘23 was missing them on delivery like many others, and when LR finally retrofit them later, it was just two USB-C as well. Older models (2020 to maybe 2021/22..?) had wiring for four outlets (and came with four outlets) but now there’s only enough for two. So we’ll always have two blanks, or if we want to add a couple 12V plugs, we need to buy aftermarket splitters
I bought 3 of the USBC's from Simon's site and installed 2 where they are pictured to replace useless USB A and then also replaced the in dash (in front of passenger) USB A with the 3rd USB C. A great update. I have zero devices that have USB A left and there's still one in the center should we ever need it.
I will say it might be better to take the console lid and back HVAC components apart to push the existing USB ports / power ports out from the inside instead of prying them from the outside. They are ridiculously difficult to pry out without scratching up the center console.

I also heard that the USB-C and probably less for the USB-A are only 10-12 charge watts. So fast charging out of the USB-C might end up being just sorta fast charging. can anyone else confirm. And what happens to the charge watts if multiple USB-C or USB-A are in use at the same time? iPhone fast charge starts at 20 watts.
