Default 2024's no Land Rover badge on tailgate?

Is there supposed to be no "Land Rover" badge on the right side of the rear tailgate anymore? I remember reading somewhere that the trim badge under the "Defender" on the left side (i.e. P400 SE) was removed, but I'm not seeing anything about the "Land Rover" badge.

If that is the case, does anyone know where I can buy a replacement Land Rover badge to put on myself? The rear looks unbalanced with a badge on one side only. The option would be to de-badge the whole thing

Mine came with one and fell off! I saw it when I picked it up because I picked up an old school badge and when I took it to the PPF wrap shop two days later it was gone. The guy at the shop guessed it was more likely to have fallen off than stolen because there weren't any finger smudges or anything.

lt might be cost cutting. On the old Defender they deleted the "TD5" and "Defender" stickers on later versions

Fascinating. I just looked at a bunch of dealer photos and it appears your observation is correct!

My 2024 110 X-Dynamic did not come with a P400 SE or LR badge on the tailgate or X-Dynamic Badge on the front lower grill.

Is this because they are trying to make Defender its own brand/sub brand? Their website shows Range Rover, Defender, Discovery as the 3 'brands'.

So it seems like based on dealer photos and the online configurator (building a 2024 shows no badge, but building a 2023 does), the 2024's don't come with any badges.

Paule, I think you got lucky or maybe they changed their minds somewhere along 2024 production. Do you have pics of the old school badge that you put on?

Definitely seems like a cost cutting decision. Did it at least have the X-Dynamic badge on the lower doors?

If you are referring to the lower door jam/sill, Yes.
