Agreed. I was set on grey as well with a white roof. The white roof option is not longer available too. This is for model year 2024. They mentioned that there are replacement colors but they haven't been notified of what those will be.

Good to know. Any idea what the new colors will be? In the market for a 110 X Dynamic SE. The in stock vehicles are missing some options so I might order a 2025. I'm hoping they will also change the tires on the off-road package.
New here. Excited to be part of the community.

Welcome, I'm also new too!

They have no clue but thought they'd replace the colors with like variations. Blue, gray, and silver but slightly different hues.

Makes sense. A darker green would also be nice. Pangea is nice but there's nothing like a British Racing Green. Too bad Range Rover has the lock on that.

I’m went with silicon silver as it was my alternate choice. That and carpathian grey, however my last two cars have been dark grey and iI wanted something lighter.

And hopefully they replaced the plastic coolant lines that dry out and crumble with metal coolant lines. There are so many LR4's for sale that need a $12K engine because of these coolant lines failing and seizing the engine.
We special ordered the LR4 and took delivery in October, 2010. My mom drove it until 2017 when she got a D5 and I got the LR4 for my first car. What a great first car. Mine was an HSE but it was one of 199 base and HSE models that had the upgraded Windsor leather instead of the grained leather due to a shortage of grained leather at the factory. I sold it with 95k miles and was in near-perfect condition. I never had any valve cover leaks, but it did go through four water pumps, three sets of coolant lines, one alternator, one set of rear lower control arms, and the biggest and most costly problem was a transmission failure that happened two months before I took delivery of my Defender. Despite the issues, I absolutely loved that car and I shouldn't have sold it. The person who bought it from me flew in from MO to buy it and decimated it by turning it into a cut-rate overland rig with cheap mods.

Have a 2010 XFR and had a 2015 RRS, both with V8’s. Jag (low mileage) is great, RRS had $5,000 or so engine/transmission issues. Engine technology has greatly advanced since 2009. I’m signed up for the OCTA. Looking forward to seeing it and analyzing the value proposition.

Rumor has it that BFG K03 in 255/65R19 is the default offroad tire. We'll see, one tire vendor told me "very limited quantities" available in August. Likely means JLR already bought the first 20,000.

curious as to the source of this rumor as 19 isn’t exactly known as an off road spec traditionally? Ive seen spy photos of the OCTA in 20in and 22in dress but haven’t heard anything on 19s. Can’t wait to get the full details!

I just saw a Kia Telluride in Tasman Blue. Maybe that is why that color is no longer available for the Defender.
