On my way to pick up a new X-Dynamic Defender for my wife.



We sold our trusty 46-month old X-Dynamic HSE with canvas roof and front seat bench 2 weeks ago.

 

Tasman = the best color. Congrats on the new ride. It looks fantastic.

 

You had a rare bird with the canvas roof and front 3 seats across...

Curious what you thought of the canvas roof after 4 years.
? Any reviews? Did you like it? (does LR even still make either of these 2 options)

 

I think it was too loud with the roof rack, and even louder when it was windy outside. We drove once on Toll Road 130 where the speed limit is 85 and had some cargo on the rack and by the time we got off the toll road our ears were ringing a bit.

Still, having the bench + canvas was great when driving on slower speed roads with nice weather.
