Umbertob, we run the ATX on my wife's 4Runner and I'm a big fan, more than the AT3s I have on the Defender. The 4R does have the LT rating so I recognize not apples to apples with the XL rating on the Toyos, but the ATXs have better snow performance and have performed well on the 2 full years we've used them here in Colorado. Only potential knock against them for the Defender would be that I believe they were noticeably heavier than other comparable treads in case you're worried about the extra rolling mass on your four corners.

What wheel did you mount those too, and did you have to use any spacers? They look great.
