Default 3.9% apr

Received an email today showing an offer from JLR of 3.9%

Looks like the fine print shows it applying only to 2023 Defender 90’s

Mine was 4.9% pretty sure. They told me that they were not ready yet here in Asheville.

Could have just been F&I? I picked up my new D90S last night and showed them mine.

110 and 130 have promotional APRs of 4.9% for now, and only up to 48 month terms:

To my knowledge, this is the first time there has been an incentive on L663 Defender since launch.

Is 4.9 really a "promo rate" though? Especially when the F&I guy hits you with 5.9 for reasons and then tells you "I called in a favor to get that for you friend".

Not hard to find a credit union at 3.9 or less.

Seems like just a marketing strategy in a rate-sensitive environment.

Have you got a link to a credit union that is less than 3.9%

Ive been looking for a couple weeks and best I can do is 5.49. I’m going in for finance in a couple weeks. Curious if I should keep searching or rely on the dealership to take care of me. Not looking forward to the FI dance coming up.

Thank you, that's better than the USSFCU rate for short loans. Appreciate the link.
