Default 3 step failure

Hey all!

my P300 '23 D110 had a unique issue that happened twice in a day. It happens in 3 steps it seems.
1 - I press the start button as normal and nothing happens.
2 - I press the start button again and the truck starts but runs very rough and eventually stalls.
3 - I press the start button again and the engine cranks but never starts.

If a wait a while and try again it runs fine...

Have any of you experienced anything similar?

I'm planning on performing the 10mm Defender "reboot" if step 1 happens again and see if that impacts the pattern.

Sounds like fuel delivery issue. Had on one of fleet cars (not LR), one of the 2 fuel pumps was acting up.
