I'm wondering if there is a way to activate inControl Remote in a vehicle that doesn't have the 'Optimized Assistance button'. When I ordered my 2021 Defender 110, my local dealer wasn't able to add the remote control feature because it wasn't approved in this region. It has since been approved and newer vehicles have it. I am unable to add my Defender to my inControl account as it asks me to hold the Optimized Assistance button for 10 seconds. I don't have that button. Is there another way to add the feature or retrofit it? I do have a sim card in the slot in the dash and have 'Connected Navigation Pro' according to my inControl account.

 

Same problem! Is this has been solved? Or anyway can be done??

The button is there, although not marked. Of course that doesn't mean it does anything...
