Any effect on warranty from your point of view or will dealer detect and deselect when serviced? Also, I guess dealers are not allowed to do this and charge for it since JLR does not get the $$? Thanks, Gregg 917 697-8900
Terrain response 2 is absolutely unlockable with software. I believe the only way that the dealership would even know that you did this is if you brought attention to it. Nothing pops up on any diagnostic scan, and software updates do not affect it. Nothing gets "confused" . All hardware is the same. Basically we are just telling the vehicle what it is equippedwith. As long as the hardware is there, it works.

Thanks, I'll be interested if I get the car. Did you see my question re: 2019 RR Sport and 360 camera?

I'm a mile off of I95 in CT (Norwalk) but my garage is small and not heated.... otherwise all would be welcome. Would also need to see if the Defender fits

I have not tried to do that on that vehicle yet, but in theory if it has all of the hardware, it should be able to be done

Thanks. Please let me know if there is anything that I can do to help figure it out. My build has Adaptive CC, Emergency Brake Assist, Park Assist, Lane Departure Warning, TR, TR2, ATPC etc) so I'd guess that the sensors are on board but no idea if the camera module is the same.

Hi @sarek I live about a mile from I-95 (NJ turnpike) and interested in this. If these can be done in 23.5MY x dynamic, should I PM to discuss further? I have a garage (no-heat) and wi/fi is no issue.

That would potentially work. It would be good to get a small group together in one location instead lf me having to make multiple stops. You are welcome to PM.
