Default Adaptive Cruise with GAP IID?

Is it possible to enable Adaptive Cruise Control using the GAP IID tool?

Sorry if this has been covered but I couldn't find any definitive information on it.

Looking into what a Gap IID tool can do, I know it can, but I don't need it, already enabled. Looking forward to enabling things like Auto Stop) permanently off, fogs on with bright headlights (disabled because US only allows 4 forward lights) and we have 2. Go figure? There are no separate high beams, it fills up the array of LEDs. I really need the side light even with high beams. I let them auto dip or forced on during the day, if it's foogy up on my part of the blue ridge. Dynamic mode full enable, etc - the list goes on. If you don't have advanced towing or offroad pack, those are available - assuming that you ordered a tow hitch receiver for $700.

That's the question, I've read all the posts on here and Defender2.net
Untill now to my knowledge it has not been successfully enabled.
For me most important to justify the price of the IIDtool.

Same. The only other activation I want is auto stop/start.

Is there a list anywhere of common activations and their respective settings? Information on activations seems very fragmented, it's hard to get a sense of what's available and how to accomplish them.

I don’t think this is possible yet, nor am I sure it will be in the foreseeable future

Well, it is a seller's market right now, and knowledge is money as far as activations.

I am sure all things will come out as people play with the tool on a new Defender. They really are still in beta mode, but it's becoming more popular now that it works for us.

I'm 95% of the way to pulling the trigger on the GAP IID tool. If it had this, it'd be a no brainier. I fear even with this, you'd still have to replace the right cluster of switches on the steering wheel to get the distance setting buttons. Which if that is all, I'd still do it. However if there are extra wires to be run etc. Argh....

I'm in the same boat, would instantly pull the trigger if it could activate adaptive cruise. just FYI, you don't have to change any hardware, the activation is software only. switch packs in the steering wheel are dynamic, I think Simon did a video on this.

Hi Guys,
Unfortunately at the moment ACC can not be activated through the IIDTool. This is the only ECU's CCF setting that the IIDTool can not modify. We know what the issue is and are looking for the best solution. Sorry. We'll let you know as soon as we have a clear path forward.

You don't need to apologize, what you are doing is crazy complicated and a fantastic job with all the other activations. Nice to know you're working on it. Good luck!!
