Analogue to Interactive Displace?
I'm wondering how easy it would be to replace an analogue display with the full TFT/Interactive display (if and when they become available). As in there is a Defender that I have my eye on, it has everything (23 Trek) and is at a decent price. The only thing stopping me is the display.
I'm wondering if the module is pretty much plug and play with maybe the mileage getting reprogrammed.
Has anybody gone down this route? Thanks!

It can be done but I've seen it advertised more in the UK than the US. If you're in the US, perhaps a @sarek type shop may do it. I reckon it'll likely be a few thousand dollars between parts and labor but that's a guess.
I am curious as well! My '23 110 S has the hybrid display and I would love to be able to swap it for the full screen if it wasn't too much trouble. I have a feeling it may be a pricey proposition to do after the fact, similar to the ClearSight camera I wanted so badly.
Yeah the ClearSight camera was the other "tech" that I would like, however I fear that would be to expensive and a pain to install. As in wouldn't you have to take the headliner down to put new shark-fin in and then run the wires. I decided I can live without ClearSight, but mostly not the full screen display.
There are digital only displays on eBay used. The sport and others use the same dashboard as the defender look up part numbers and compare. It might require some ccf editing. I can handle on the west coast sarek can handle on the east coast.
Here are the part numbers
full digital display - 10849A & 13621A
analog dials with small screen - 10849B & 13621B
There will be some coding (changing ccf) needed

FWIW, I have the interactive display and I have never changed the view over 2 years and 36,000 miles. I leave it on the basic speedometer and tachometer display which matches the analog display.
Ditto that. While it is nice to have the ability to change displays, I have kept mine on the same, speedo and tach, since taking delivery. I would venture that the majority of owners do the same, versus toggling through the sequence to change between the various display options.
