Hi everybody,

new to the forum. Having an issue with our 2021 110. We had a subwoofer professionally installed. Sounds great However, I am having pulsing bass even with the radio off. All signs point to the ANC on the vehicle. If you open the door, it plays normal. If you simply turn the acc on (engine not running), plays normal. I cannot get rid of it until I pull the positive battery cable and then it resets for a period of time, until it starts again.

has anybody else had this problem? If so, how did you get around it? Anybody turn off/deactivate their ANC?
