Default Anyone found a link to a PDF Parts Catalog?

Need one silly little rubber part, hardly worth the drive to Phoenix. I have been un-able to find any online parts lookup source that has anything useful outside of accessories. I am trying to get the part number for the little rubber insert that goes in the engine cover on top that snaps it in place and hold it secure. One of the 4 seems to have gained its freedom.

Thank you. I have tried that one. To give you the example. I search for 'Engine Cover Insulator.' What it is called as far as I can tell. It gives me wheel caps and seat covers. Not a single item related to an 'Engine.' I suppose I shall have to go down to Phoenix, again. I have to anyway for my flight physical. All my local flight surgeons have gone to the big airport in the sky.

I have found the parts lists to be a bit lacking detail recently, it seems small components like the engine cover clips you're looking for are sold only as part of a larger part now.

Oddly, I can find one like it on eBay, I just want to verify the number is correct, since it crosses to about a dozen JLR products. Since I just did the oil change, 1st one so far, I noticed the rubber bit missing on one position. First time the cover has been off since I got it as far as I can tell. Wonder if it was ever installed in the first place.

Hi Dogpilot

Think I found the page in the engine parts section, looks like each stud is a different part number

I know, confusing isn't it. It is just a kind of rubber cup the ball end mounted to the engine pops into to secure the shroud/cover. They just kind of pop out to the side, so they are replaceable, should they actually exist aside from the cover. I appreciate your looking.

I have nearly no mechanical skills and certainly couldn't work on an engine, but isn't it possible to just photograph the part/location, email it to the parts department at your Rover dealership of choice, and see if they can identify it and send you the part? I know I was able to get a retaining clip for my Porsche in that way and my Porsche dealer is only a 25 minute drive away.

If I’m right its the small rubber inserts on the underside of the engine cover you’re looking for (circled in red on the attached image).

Yes that's the gang, but mine has 4 of them. Well three of them and an empty slot at the moment.
