Anyone notice their black door trim wavy/loose?

Mine is the gloss trim as well (on a 110X also). I notice a little waviness in the black glossy areas, but only if I really look at it in the right light from the right angle.
I initially thought that maybe a touchless high pressure car wash was deforming them from too much pressure.
However -- nope. Went to dealer and looked at a new one, same waviness. No better or worse than mine (which is around 2 years old now). In fact then I gashed my driver door panel offroad, replaced, it, and the brand new (pre painted Narvik gloss black) from JLR actually was a little wavier than the rest of them on my car.
It's held on by tape but also a bunch of plastic clips.
Makes a good case to ditch the gloss and go with the matte textured plastic ones..
Now if your double sided tape is coming loose - that needs to be fixed.

Yeah mine are just grey plastic but the top edge isn't flat to the door at the rear.
l was going to ask for it to be rectified but there's no point if it's just going to happen again.
l am not that concerned, l've got past stressing about this kind of thing.
But l can see how it would be annoying, mines the Commercial version so less of an issue.
