Was also researching this as the builder is deceiving. All the colors look much different in person. The green is darker in person and the gondwana stone really impressed me. I think the yulong would be worth the $700. If I built mine, I would probably choose it.
I currently looking at an eiger grey (next choice) already built and has the offroad packs I require.
I went with Yulong. I do wish it was closer to the cement color on the configurator, but they had a Range Rover in Yulong on the lot and really liked it. Not as stark as the base white.
I was at the dealership yesterday (had my first service done--the 21,000 mile service) and in the showroom they had a Yulong White Defender with black roof and the Yulong White is a gorgeous color. It almost looks like a very, very light silver. It's a white metallic and is an amazing color. Here are 2 pictures but probably doesn't do it justice.

Saw one on the road yesterday......couldn't figure out what color it was........its a very unique color and something I definitely would have considered had it been available to me.
Interesting to see all the earlier responses, stating that the color wasn't available.......LOL!!!!!
Yulong white here! I get lots of compliments! Alternates between silver and grey most often. Kind of a cement color when it's overcast. I absolutely love it.
Only pic I have readily available:
After seeing yours, I changed my order from Eiger to Yulong. looks absolutely incredible.

Figured I would share my Yulong White. Just recently had the spare tire cover painted to match and its a awesome color when waxed! The body shop was so concerned about the spec because there is only so much of a variance I was told when trying to match this color. Turned out great though.
