anyone using spacers or rims with lower ET
Hi there,
Is anyone using wheel spacers on the standard 20" rims or using non-standard rims with a lower ET value? The standard 20" rims have an ET value of 41.5 mm and I plan to use non-standard rims with ET value 26.5 mm. That would boil down to using wheel spacers of 15mm on standard rims.
So my wheels with these new non-standard rims will stick out 15mm wider on each side. Wonder if anyone has done this and can take a picture of how far those wheels stick out of the Defender's body chassis in real life.
Thanks.
Have a Defender 90 X-Dynamic HSE on order, delivery planned for May 2021.

another member used 30mm spacers pushing the net offset to around 10 et. the wheels sit completely flush with this offsets
spacers that large are expensive and i ended up getting new wheels with an offset of 10mm. stance is perfect and flush
but if you are planning to run larger AT tires you might rub. i have 275/55/20 BFG K02 with a PR inch lift. i rub in reverse at access height full lock only in reverse.
got in the habit of lifting the car before j take it out of the garage. this is in off-road
