Default Auto fog lights question

Is there a way to set the fog lights so when it gets dark and my headlights go on, automatically, the fog lights go on as well? Thanks

Edit: I guess you can't do that because it would blind oncoming traffic, which is understandable. Can anyone tell me how to simply turn the fog lights on, when I want to use them?

When desiring the use of the fog lights, rotate the small raised portion of the **** on the turn signal stalk forward. To turn on the rear fog lights, rotate the small raised portion toward the driver. Also, I keep my lights in the AUTO mode, which turns the lights on at dusk, but if it rains during the day instead of changing the AUTO mode to manual I just rotate the **** for the fog lights forward which overrides the light sensor for the AUTO mode and turns on the headlights and fog lights for safety. Turning off the fog lights will then turn off the headlights and fog lights, putting the lighting system back into AUTO mode.

Thank you!
