Has anyone found the same plug in our 2020 Defenders? I have found what looks like a similar plug underneath the rear cargo floor panel and jack carrier. Unplugging it did indeed disable the engine auto start/stop, but I ended up getting a suspension warning after a few minutes.

 

If there is a solution for this I would really like to know. I didn't even make it home from the dealership before I sent them a text asking for this "feature" to be permanently disabled.

 

I'm not sure that you will find a solution for it on the p400 Defenders. Being a mild hybrid set up, it may be something that can't be turned off without consequences.

Yes there is a button you can press to disable the auto start stop feature, but you must remember to press it each time you start the vehicle. I am discussing a permanent way of disabling auto start stop, but I appreciate your reply!
