I'll echo a lot of the complaints above on Supertweaks No change in service issues. I wish I had come across this sooner, as I wasted 2 months from order to now and still do have the parts ordered... not to mention that I still need to get them, but now elsewhere. Avoid at all costs... otherwise it will cost you like it did me.

 

I literally had to say my card was stolen to get my issue with them resolved.

 

Seems Supertweaks was taken over in 2022 by "Hong Kong based" Huamsin Motor Co.

The website is still active but with spelling mistakes which always rings alarm bells

Wanted to reach out in regard to your post about Supertweaks/Tweaked autmotive.
They have also scammed us, thousands of pounds and they have taken my car and are refusing to return it. I have been chasing them for a year now and the police and every other authority I have reported them too are refusing to help.
I am wondering if I can create a group where all victims can come together and I can create a police case.
The company have been doing this for years and need to be taken down and clearly know what they are doing. I have a lot of research and evidence I have gathered over the year.

What country are you in? Was the car taken somewhere in the U.K. for the work to be done?
