Default Best Place to Buy Oil & Filter in U.S.

Would like to have the oil changed after 10,000 miles; I will take to the dealer for the 2 year service but in the meantime going to go to an independent shop. Thinking it’s best to bring the oil to minimize the odds of them using the wrong oil, any suggestions on where to buy online for delivery to the U.S.?

Amazon has both the correct oil (Liqui Moly TopTek) and filter. See the end of the oil change sticky thread for details. The P300 takes almost 7 liters and the P400 nearly nine. Not sure about the V8.

Filters are unique for each engine.

There are two specs for JLR, this is the later one although the numbers appear lower:

Right. SpecialTek is the previous spec oil.

I'll go back and edit that...

Weird, but if you look at when those two specs came out, the one with logically (numerically?) lower numbers is newest.

Awesome, ordered. Last question, probably the dumbest one yet, do you change the air filter every time you change the oil/oil filter?

Here's what I bought in case it helps:

Filter - Genuine LR Filter w/ o-rings
Oil - Liqui Moly LM22046 0W20 Top Tec 6600 Oil which meets JLR Spec
Oil Sucking Device - (Amazon) - Mityvac 7201 Manual Fluid Evacuator Plus with 2.3 Gallon Reservoir - this was big enough for all the oil in the motor in one go

Did you change the air filter?
