Brand New Defender with suspension fault and update installation failure.
Brand new Defender D90 owner here, super excited about my purchase. Less enthused with my cars inability to install the attached update (after roughly 2 weeks and a variety of wi-fi switches etc). Also as part of not being able to install the latest update, I also have a suspension warning on the HUD (not sure if this is a bug related to update or a new seperate fun issue). Dealers capacity to troubleshoot problems over the phone has been pretty limited and due to schedule I cant bring it in for yet another week. Any suggestions or familiarity with what I'm seeing?

as for the software update part. seems like lots of people get all worked up about what version their vehicle is on. my 110x has received maybe 3 or 4 updates since dec 2020. through it all i've seen no differences in performance or behavior or anything "fixed". i still have stalling, wireless charging doesn't work, key fob range stinks, usb console ports are dead, and auto high beams don't work. so, don't get too worked up about what version your pivo is running. and yes, i have a service appt in a few weeks in hopes of addressing all these annoyances.

Software update is what it is. I would say less worked up than vs frustrated In terms of understanding A) how its supposed to update B) why it wont." I've had almost no issues with my 90 aside from the initial update not being applied and the sensor issue described above. To my knowledge my vehicle is now working fully as intended, best of luck on yours.
