Does anyone have experience with the factory compressor? Let me know what you think!

Yes. You set the pressure you want, and once screwed onto the tire valve, the compressor senses the connection and automatically starts to fill. Just went to Moab and CO on an overloading trip. Not only did I use the compressor to slightly deflate my tires and a friend's Jeep tires, but then would use the compressor to refill all 8 tires in one session. Worried it might get over-heated, but worked great!

Helps to either keep your engine running during prolonged compressor usage so it doesn't "time out" or do what I did and bypass the relay in the rear fuse box that supplies power to the 12V socket under the compressor (which supplies the compressor as well) and you've got full time power.

I have one installed from the dealer when I picked up my 2023 110x new in late Sep 2022 here in the U.S.

"can it fill all 4 tires without stopping" as noted in your thread title?
It does the job albeit slowly. The compressor starts - has an internal cut off for when tire hits specified pressure - and repeat for each tire. It does stop/start/pause a few times during the process but I'll wager that's to check the set pressure. How long? Well that obviously depends on how low the pressure was and desired inflation pressure. DEFINITELY NOT as fast as CO2 or a larger onboard ARB or a larger third party portable off-road external compressor as I've previously used before upgrading to CO2 many years ago.

In general it's "fine" but not as rock solid as I had hoped.
I still much prefer to use my PowerTank (CO2) system for tire filling - faster, easier, and more reliable. Down side is I have to remember to fill the CO2 tank before longer trips. I consider the onboard air compressor a backup these days given I've had it crap out twice - the latest firmware upgrade appears to have corrected the issue. However, it's was a chicken and egg type situation with respect to getting that fixed - the LRover Dealer wouldn't preemptively do a firmware upgrade until it failed - and it failed in a remote spot when it was actually needed (at least according to Murphys Law)

CO2 has the added advantage of being able to run air tools, reseat a tire bead, etc., and it's FAST. So for my take it's really a function of frequency of use, convenience, and reliability. I like having the onboard LRover Air system for convenience despite the fact it has proven to be problematic twice. The Firmware upgrade appears to have fixed that problem and was free (time to get appointment and spent at dealership aside). CO2 has been rock solid and fast - albeit it requires me to make sure it's filled before a longer trip. If hadn't give my portable off-road compressor to a buddy years ago (sorry can't recall brand or size) I'd have kept it for the Defender as it proved quick and reliable.

Hope that helps

Just chipping in to say, yup it works just fine, and yup, it's slow.

I generally ride around at 40psi on all 4. (BFG KO2s). I'll air down to 20ish when off-road. So after a trail run, I'll stop somewhere near the end of the trail, get out my lawn chair, crack a beer and air up all 4 over the course of 25 or so minutes. Occasionally I'm annoyed at how long it takes, but usually I just enjoy the break before getting on the highway to head home.

If I had it to do all over again, I would have just mounted an ARB under the hood. But I don't regret the decision at all.
