Default Clearsight rearview camera mirror issue

Any thoughts on what could be the cause? Car is still under warranty but want to make sure if there's some reset or setting things that could have solved the issue before bringing it in to the dealer.

Thanks!

Try cleaning the camera and see if this makes the view better.

The Clearsight camera is hydrophobic, so it repels water, dirt and more, but I recall seeing someone had this problem on another car with the same Gentex-supplied mirror, and it needed a new camera lens.

No, it was a Nissan Armada, but the mirror assembly and camera is identical to the one on the Defender. They both are made by Gentex.

Just take it to the dealer if cleaning it did not resolve your issue.
