I'm confused if this is even an option. I'm narrowing down my search for a vehicle.
What is the difference between:
60:40 Load through heated seats with manual slide and recline and center arrest (600 option)
60:40 Load through climate seats with manual slide and recline and center arrest (900 option)
From the Family pack vs Family Comfort Pack - adds manual Heated 3rd row seats with rear cooling assist.
I can't find anything on if the 2025 Defender 110 can come with cooled rear seats.
Climate seats means heated and cooled seats in JLR speak. According to the configurator, you can option climate (heated and cooled) rear seats on the 2025MY 110.

No official documentation mention ventilated rear seats. It would be technically challenging given how the seats fold down. If anything maybe the captain chair seats on the 130 would have it but I can’t imagine this coming to the 90/110.
I stand corrected. As of this year the 2nd row on 110 and 130 models can indeed be specified with ventilation.

This is what I was thinking, Defender doesn't have cooled seats in the rear. I think the climate pack, just added the blower and couple vents with heated 3rd row seats.

No, you can get climate (heated & ventilated) rear seats. This is new for 2025. 2020-2024MY vehicles only have the option of heated rear seats.
Not that it matters really but my 2020 110 X (7 seater with rear cooling pack/ climate seats) definitely has cooled and heated 2nd row seats. So climate rear seats have been around since launch.
In this pic left side cooled seat is on, right side heated seat is on. (I replaced USB ports with USBC from PowerfulUK a few years back, because I cannot stand USBA in any of my cars anymore...)

Interesting. I stand corrected. However, cannot find anything in the press material and brochures about the heated/cooled rear seats, but your Defender clearly contradicts that. My 2021MY 110 S has the USB-C ports on the back of the center console. Were yours originally USB-A?
Yep, I have a September build 2020 (model year) when they were still putting all the ports in. 2 power ports far left and right, and 2 USBA in the center. I swapped out those USBA for USBC. Much better.
Ironically, have I used them? Maybe once?
Also, has anyone ever used the rear cooling seats in my car? Nope. Rear heated seats -- yes.

I regret not getting the heated rear seats and 3-zone climate. When I would go on night outs with friends in the winter time when I had the LR4 and D5, people always loved the heated rear seats (and heated third row in the D5). Nearly every time I drive my friends around, I get at least one person ask to change the temperature.
Mine was built right before JLR started removing features, but my December 2020 build (2021MY) has the USB-C ports in the center and the outer cigarette lighters.
I agree - I much prefer the USB-C. Our 2018 Q7 only has USB-A ports in the console, but the 2023 Macan (despite being a 10-year old product) only has USB-C ports.
(BTW, my Leather Master cleaner arrived earlier in the week - thanks again for the recommendation, hands-down the best leather care products I've ever used)
