Based on the post about repairing the damage from a 2 mph rear quarter panel contact, I'm guessing your truck is totalled. Hope the rest of your day gets better!

Maybe go with a ball of duct tape with the sticky side out and try to gain enough purchase to bring the rubber outward?

Or maybe try using a shopvac to suction it back out... you may need to cobble up an elbow and reducer fitting

Funny, my new D110 was delivered with the same annoying little problem. I took a good pair of needle nose pliers and grabbed the rubber, deepest pushed in, and gently and slowly pulled it out. No tears or damage. It popped out and has not gone back. All good.

Happened to mine as well. I am curious to see if I can manage to get it out if it goes back.

Default This is an enhancement

This cup holder issue, is an enhancement I presume. I had it on my Velar (same exact issue ) I have it on my D110, and I have seen it on many loaners I had from the dealer. Now, I wonder if in the next edition they will charge for this feature ?

You can apply lotion to it so it will be plump and supple.

I was able to force mine to do this during the first week I owned it as the left holder was smaller than the right. Now it fits a large coffee, a little snug but it's passable. I actually did think this was a feature but maybe I'm wrong. The shop vac sounds like a good way to pull it out if that's what you want. My local subscription car wash has vacs outside that stay on all day during business hours. You could try something like that tomorrow morning, in and out in 30 seconds.

I hope mine stays tucked out of the way though, it was too small before IMO. Even now with a large Tim Horton's coffee it's almost too tight because the paper cup is more grippy. For a large Dunkin coffee it works fine, they switched to paper cups but they're a bit slicker than Tims. Starbucks I don't know, I've pretty much stayed away now that my car payments are sky high. I'm leveraging my Panera coffee subscription, $8.99 unlimited. Gotta make up the money somewhere.

Hey this happened to me. I would press my fingers in the dimple and rub up while pulling pressure up and after a day or two it popped out.
