Happened to my 110S. My wife had a very large insulated water bottle that wouldn't fit in a standard cupholder, so I ordered a fancy wide cupholder that has three "teeth" that protrude out from the base to secure it when you twist the top. If I aligned the teeth on the rubber bubbles, it would fit very securely.
She traded that water bottle for a new "Stanley" one (55 gallons, I think?) that has a narrow base that fits in a standard cup holder. So I removed the wide one, and the bubbles were compressed. After a week or so (relatively hot weather), one of them popped back out yesterday. I'll try the tape trick on the other two. I've been rubbing them while I drive, but I don't think that's doing any good.

Update: TrioLRowner's duct tape trick worked. I just went out to the car with a reverse-loop of tape (sticky on the outside). It took a few tries, but the rubber bubbles popped back out.
They're "fragile" - touch them and they pop in again. But maybe after some time back in their normal position they'll be "resilient" again.
Good luck.
