Cupholder Question - LAST DAY TO MAKE CHANGES TO ORDER
Hi Everyone, today is the last day to make changes to my 2023.5 P300 110S (USA located), so I was looking through the configurator for the 1000th time. I noticed the the Comfort and Convenience pack has something called "Twin front cupholders with cover."
Does anyone know this package is the only way to get cupholders in the center console? Or do they come standard on the S trim?
If they don't com standard, are the cupholders some part that clicks in that I can order from a 3rd party (mde OEM or 3rd party)?
Thanks

Cupholders are standard on all trims. The cover was originally only included with higher trims HSE, X, etc. (assuming the same now) and can be bought as an accessory or as part of the fridge and lights pack (highly recommend, love mine).
The cover is a rubberized tray that sits over the cupholders and can be used to cover the wireless charging tray. It stores under the cupholders.

The fridge isn't on all the time. You need to press a button to make it cold or colder, otherwise its a normal center console. I have the fridge and think it's a neat option but more often than not there's regular center console stuff in there. When I need the fridge I take the junk out.

Those cupholder pics are interesting.... because:
If I have a "beef" with the cupholder in my 2020 110 X, it's that the cupholder on the left (drivers side) is a bit smaller than the one on the right, and thus the one on the right is useful. But the one on the left is too small for most any cups or bottles/cans. It's where I throw the key or phone etc.
Am I making this up? I wonder if I can buy the newer one and drop it in. Would be a good mod. I can see why JLR changed it, having lived for a bit with the older design here.
