@GBX as chance would have it, today I was in contact with my dealer and their first D90 had just arrived. I was invited to come check it out so I wasted no time. I was able to drive a First Edition with 15 miles on the odometer. Your assessment of the 90 is spot on! Plenty of leg room in the back seats for my 5’9” height and I think the windows made it feel very spacious too. I’m really happy I waited for the 90! If I had to find something to complain about it’s the back seats that absolutely do not fold flat. I’m told the rear bench seat is only held in by 5 clips and can be removed which allows the seats to go almost completely flat, so there’s hope to get them flat when more load space is needed. Since this wasn’t my vehicle I didn’t attempt to remove the seat.

Overall, I am really impressed with the D90 and I also was told that my delivery date was updated from April 9th to March 26th so today was definitely a good day!

Same specs are the 90 near me. It does look great in Pangea with a white roof but now I’m on the fence. What do you guys think.....Pangea with white roof and steelies or Eiger grey with body color roof (wish they offered white roof with this color) and white steelies?

I decided to add the off-road pack. Not so concerned with resale since I’m leasing this one, but I think I’ll appreciate the Active diff.

As for the fabric roof, the demo I saw and drove had it. Feels so good with the big open roof. Reminds me of my ‘97 D90, kinda..... And not worried about leaking....warranty will cover all of that while I own it. Plus, aren’t these made to get a little wet 😀

edit......just went on to the UK configurator to check out the center console delete and they do offer the white roof with Eiger. Can we expect that to be available for 2022 here in the states? Anyone have the ordering guide?

Default Ship info

I'm glad to see pictures of the D90 on US soil!! I got info from my LR salesman today, the dealership is expecting their demo D90 next week.

Like many of you, I was originally scheduled to receive my ordered D90 on 4/9, but I was informed today it has been moved up to 3/26 (!!). In case you didn't get the info from your dealership, it seems all of our vehicles are on the Olympian Highway, headed from Bremerhaven to Brunswick.

This link should show you exactly where our new arrivals are!

OLYMPIAN HIGHWAY Current position (Vehicles Carrier, IMO 9757993) - VesselFinder

Thanks for the ship info!! I’ve been trying to figure that out.

Glad to see more verification that delivery dates went from 4/9 to 3/26!

I’d go Eiger with the white roof if it’s available in the US! That looks really good.

I agree.....really liking it! Worst case, I'll still do Eiger and wrap the roof.

Dealer emailed me late today the 90 is in so I have to go test it, maybe tomorrow morning if I get the green light. White roof is the way to go IMO. Honey badger build is carpathian paint with the white roof and white steelies. I simply can't resist this.

Looks fantastic as well, I've gone back and forth between the two several times, dark wheels are the trend, have to decide at some point soon.

i went with the 18” dark grey. I think they will look good with my Tasman Blue/white roof 90...I hope I don’t regret not going with the classic look of the steelies!
