Defender 110 delivered without USB/power outlets in second row. Easy fix?

Picked up my defender today. It was missing the usual sunglass holder and larger screen. Those don't bother me much. The things missing that annoyed me the most were the second row usb/power outlets. All 4 of them are blanks. Does anyone know if they are pre-wired for plug and play of the OEM usb sockets I can order online.
Just took delivery last week of my 130X and no USBs in dash, 2nd row, or 3rd row. No DCs in middle row, no sunglass holder or soft close rear. Clearsight was there.
Dealer said I'd have to deal with the sunglass holder and soft close missing. I was already prepared to not have soft close going from an L405 to this so that's not really a big deal to me.
As for the USB-C ports, I asked the sales rep to get with service and sure enough, they gave me this service bulletin that said they'd replace at no cost when available. On another note, they told me that they were not taking any new orders with vintage tan as it is out of stock and having SC issues.
What's the build date on your 110? You should be able to pop those covers off and see if a wiring harness or something is sitting back there (wishful thinking).
also what region do you live in? Which Engine did you get? wonder if that's related. I'll find out tomorrow if the 110 SE P400 has it or not.
To nervous to ask the dealer if it's there? 😉
I wouldnt think the engine has anything to do with it since the First Editions 130s don't have the outlets and they come with the P400. I wish the insider that used to post here showed up. This is a situation that could use some clarity.
Hah. I don't want to be a pest. But it's going to really annoy me if they're gone. My build date was 8/19 so if they pulled them in june like it's looking like this is a big issue for me, we do multi day road trips and not having charging in the second row for the kids that ride back there is a big issue. The sunglasses holder was annoying, and honestly I've not had one in my last two cars and have had a case bouncing around the cabin and was something I was happy to get back only to have it yanked. Looks like i could spend some money and git it shipped from England.
The frustrating part is yelling at the dealer won't solve anything, they have no control over it either. The car we used to figure out what options I wanted to order all that stuff was in it, yet four months later I'm getting a lot less at the same price? that bothers me.

Agree with everything you said. Hopefully St. Simon at PowerfulUK can solve this problem or Sarek's shop can add them in without too much hassle.
The x2 , 2nd row, USB outlets in center console are also missing on our rig: Defender X delivered Sep 22, 2023. Consistent with what other folks are reporting
When time permits I'll pull the blanks out and replace with USB or standard outlets, as time permits. Not a mission critical loss for us as we don't have folks riding back there regularly,. However, desirable none-the-less for overloading trips. As with other folks here, there was no formal notice of that deletion provided by L.Rover corporate nor the dealer - and it was not mentioned at vehicle hand-off (I noticed but it wasn't worth the mention as I had tires on my mind).

So I removed the blanks and I was able to find 2 plugs prewired out of 4 blanks. May be the other two are tucked in so deep I can't feel them with my short fingers...
