So I removed the blanks and I was able to find 2 plugs prewired out of 4 blanks. May be the other two are tucked in so deep I can't feel them with my short fingers...
I'll look again later.
Brilliant find! That plug looks like the one that will accept the USB sockets so should be a straightforward solution from there. I'm interested to know if there are 4 cables because I vaguely remember another forum member adding the two that came missing (the good ol' days when only 2 were missing!) but I think his was missing the other two cables. I could be misremembering that though.
You can also take that rubber tray out above the outlets and it may help you out your hand in further and find the cables.

So I just bought a '23 Defender and mine came with 2 blanks in the back... The 20-22s came with DC outlets there, and I wanted them back, so I added them.
Even though it says it wont fit, that's just because it is not prewired:
You just need to tap into a power source for the other outlets behind there. There is plenty of voltage and the wires are already fused. I think Powerful UK is already working on a kit for this, but if you can do basic car electric, you can wire this up yourself...

Awesome, thanks for sharing. How did you connect into the wiring that was there to add those 2 additional outlets?
A DIY on this when you're finished would make a lot of us very happy!
Nice work!
Matt
Everything is already back together lol. Powerful UK will have a plug and play harness in no time with video instructions I'm sure... In the meantime, here's the wiring schematic I dug up relating to the back seat power sockets... All go back to 20 Amp fuses.
