Default Defender 2020 Rear Seat Headrest Won't Fold Down

I wonder if anyone had had this problem and could offer any solutions.

Note: I have no problem raising it/ taking it off, I can't fold it so the back seat folds flat.

You're saying when you push the button on the headrests, they don't release so you can fold them down?

Or do you mean you're trying to drop the whole back of the rear seats and they're not lying flat?

On one side of the headrest there's a large button. Push the button and pull the headrest forward. It will fold down.
This is different than the height adjustment button that is on the top of the seat that allows you to pull the headrest completely out.

Yes. Sorry should have been clearer. When I press the button on the side of the headrest it won't fold down

All three?

If it's one, it could be a problem with the button. If its all three I'd wonder if it's more technique.

I have to push mine pretty hard. I push the button in and hold and then I pull the headrest forward.

Can you give us anything more to go on?

The problem is with the button. I can't depress it and get the headrest to fold. The button seems jammed and I wonder if there is some kind of quick release. (It's not technique as I can fold the other 2 headrests easily).

I’d just take it in for a quick service check, don’t even book an appt just drive and ask the service entrance technician to help you out. I did this when I couldn’t get the inside lights to turn on and they did a quick reset for me.
