Since they just announced it ~8 weeks ago, It will be a few months before they are built and shipped out. Be patient, when the six Eivissa Editions hit dealers, they will be posted on social media, forums, google etc.

YES! They are all black with black trim now... Even if they added more incentive to get Tasman/Pangea/Gondawana/Sedona it'd make the scope of Defenders a whole lot more interesting. Bringing back silver trim for SE/HSE/X as well as matte plastic trim (as opposed to gloss) would give things more contrast. Defenders were better at launch I guess.

See, it's really interesting how the Eivissa 'Noontide' (silly sounding name - Noooooooooooontide) has white Style 6011 wheels, even though they are only made in black.

This is interesting because I think Land Rover may have originally made this wheel with several colour variations in mind, but the black only made it to market. You see, the UK Defender configurator has Silver 6011 wheels featured in the accessory preview for the 'Gloss Black Wheel Arch Protection'.

Well, it used to, because I can't find this picture on the configurator anymore as the option for wheel arch protection is simply absent for vehicles fitted with gloss black trim - the preview for cars with matte trim has the 5095 wheels in it. The image I sent is a screenshot from june.

That’s also not a real image. The wheels have obviously been changed to silver in photoshop. It’s so bad it’s not even funny.

Regardless, it was still on the configurator. What physical part of the image leads you to believe it is photoshopped? It probably is a photoshopped image by LR, but I thought it looked quite real.

The reflections, shadows & color on the wheel are all wrong. If I had to take a guess, they made the wheels silver to contrast the gloss black arch protection. JLR photoshops a lot of pictures. The US brochure for the 2009 LR3 (D3) and 2010-2013 LR4 (D4) had images of an LR3 that were photoshopped into LR4s.

That image delayed my order for a week that it took the dealer to figure out it was a photoshop and not a real thing.

See right above - I fell into that trap as well. They changed the surface sheen from the matte wheel arch to gloss (my best guess, it was a 3D model and they just "applied the surface").

My 110 X has the gloss trim but no wheel arch extenders, and the trim has gotten pretty bad. Lower trim is stained, and the ones around the wheel arch have scratches in them. The worst one you can feel with your fingernail. However, it did come back nicely with a detailing.
