Thanks toal who replied to the thread, awesome info. I will post photos when I'm done the build. I'm sure it won't be as fine as yours, but hopefully it will get me there!
I’ve used a mixture of Thule t-slot bolts, and various others off e-bay………… CB aerial mounted to roof rails with fabricated bracket CB aerial mounted to roof rails with fabricated bracket
Hey, Like that bracket ... keen on how you've guided the wire to the inside of the vehicle, if you could post some pictures or even links to previous posts if you've already. Would highly appreciate that.
front runner stuff will Thule T-bolts from etrailer.com
Once again, love the setup and I can also confirm those Thule T-bolts are great. I mounted some traction boards to the roof with them at the base.
@hectorcamacho@me.com do you have any recommendations for a roof mounted gas can and bracket? It looks like yours are clean water jugs?
EDIT: nevermind, I see that front runner has some nice 20L jerry can mounts too
@DrPizz - What did you use to secure the Thule bolts? Would love to know what you used as I'm thinking of going the same. Links are HUGELY appreciated for the Google impared...(aka, me).

I roughly measured the height of the stacked boards to order the correct lengths, but there is some leeway by how much you screw them onto the bolts at either end. I drilled a hole through the dead middle of both boards to accommodate the round connector nut. You can see what I'm talking about through the stock photos of my boards on Amazon. The connector nut (and washers) screwed onto the T-bolt creates the base, and then I used the hand **** screws to secure from the top into the connector nut.
Its surprisingly very secure up there and has held up to lots of highway driving, high winds, etc. without needing re-tightened. those boards also sit just below the recessed edges of the roof rack at the "L" border, so I think the helps keep them in place too.
