I came away thinking the same thing - looking to see what is truly important to buyers.
I was hoping they would have had/asked if 18 inch wheels for P400 is important

Most important to my household is providing a loaner car when the Defender is in the shop. No if, and or BUTTS!
Q -- What's the return email address on the survey please?
Language is off brand. "We at Defender" (??) -- I have not seen communication from Land Rover saying that.
Also, JLR 100% of the time capitalizes Windsor in "Windsor leather". They missed that here.
Jeez also in that first screenshot they used a white background non-transparent DEFENDER logo on a black background. So there's a bad white box around it. That's basic no no.
Based on looking at these screen shots, this feels like someone co-opted a set of LR Defender customer data. Ie it's a a survey that may not actually be from JLR ? I'd bet either:
1) Is an agency contracted by the brand and well they've all just done a very poor job of it (no Rivian, no Ineos, and long dead automotive brands SAAB, Pontiac, Saturn on the list). Before a survey goes out like this the brand should be reviewing all content and UI. Full disclosure: my business partner used to manage Delta and several other billion dollar enterprise's CRM's on the agency side, and I can assure you at a company like this, zero customer communication goes out without multiple checks and approvals.
2) Is done by a marketing agency trying to pitch the brand. I have in my past acquired customer data through third parties and done pre-pitch proactive outreach under the table to gather insights from customers to inform a big new business pitch... just like this. It's a bit dark but it happens and is effective when you are pitching C level. ("Why do you know things my team does not yet know" is part of the agency strategy to win the business...)
3) Is something parent company TATA is doing around LR's back . Which would be most odd but not surprising considering the quarterly JLR losses. But wouldn't explain the data inaccuracy of including Saab etc.
Gentlemen (and ladies), I'm old and cynical, yes, but something is very very odd about these screenshots.
