Many of these people are going on 2 years since they put their deposit down. Now they get no nav and it can't be added later. Nice job Ford.

My son uses his in the Bronco. The Ford nav is actually really nice. Even has off-road maps and sharable trail maps. Well, WAS really nice.
It's also very nice to not have to rely exclusively on your phone. Dead battery with an overheating phone on the wireless charger... in the middle of nowhere... lost phone...

I use mine in the Defender because I have my gauge cluster set to full screen nav. I just prefer that screen.

Cable required connections keep the phone charged.
And the wireless pad does the same in the Defender.
I don't really see us going back and would probably even order a future vehicle without Nav if that didn't require a step down in audio or related packages.
I almost ordered a new Wrangler a week or two ago and considered the non-nav interface. I probably would have ordered the Nav package, but then ironically only for an about ~1" bigger screen.

I haven’t informed her yet that something she wanted so badly is now gone…
Maybe I’ll just wait until it eventually arrives and I’ll act shocked when she figures it out…
I use my phone, but also love having the in dash capability. Like when I don’t have a phone handy. Which may be a shocker to some, not everyone has a phone on them 24/7.

Not surprising. On a Bronco forum I am a part of a lot of folks are waiting on their builds that are in purgatory on Ice Mountain. Hopefully this will alleviate that backlog. I generally use my phone like the rest of you, but Sync 4 is pretty slick. Glad my wife's Bronco wasn't missing it when it arrived.
