I have the XD with gloss. Ordered the small flaps and it's a definite no for me until they get painted gloss to match. IMO, they'd look terrible otherwise.

This is what I’m going to do as well.

I went no flaps - the gloss / matte thing didn't work for me

I have the X and have the matte classic flaps which I painted and it matches the X well.

Don't bother with the OEM Goodyear Wrangler tires. Mine are half worn after 15K miles.

When I take off the Nokian winter tires in spring, I'm going with these Falken Wildpeak tires:

I ran them on our LR4's. Quiet on the road, good in rain and worked well off road in soft sand. Also have reinforced sidewalls if ever airing down.

Narvik gloss? If so, how have they held up? I've been told by 2 shops that they advise against it and won't warranty the work.

The dealer said it was santorini black hence I ordered the primer base, color and gloss from automotivetouchup.com and hasn't flaked or fade at all.

“hasn’t flaked or fade at all”. Give it time, it will. I listen to advice from the people who do this for a living. Paint shop said it won’t last, I’ll heed their advice.

If I can get a year or two before I have to refinish it, I'd be okay. I bought a walnut blaster for another project and it's just sitting there begging to be used again.

Are those 20" wheels? I am receiving a 2022 X with 19" wheels and I have no good options for the 255/65R19.

What is the downside to running 255/60R19? Few more choices.

TIA
