Great shots
Thanks Gavin

that splat is actually mud the somehow came backwards out of the grill and ran down. It looked cool but didn’t last long until it was covered with more.

It never even clicked with me that there were no power lines above me…. I’m guessing it may be a pipeline as I’ve no idea why it would’ve been cleared. It was anthercite outdoor adventure area https://www.aoaatrails.com Those pictures don’t really do justice to the elevations. A group in a wrangler and hummer watched us turn and drive down that hill, take pics and drive back up. By the looks of amazement on their faces, it looked like they thought a. we were nuts and b. we were not going to make it😂

We didn’t go too crazy as we were only planning to drive some dirt roads. Although based on what they consider the easy trails, I can’t imagine what the difficult ones are like as the easy trails were much more than we expected, so we didn’t want to push it on the 20” rims and tires. Needless to say the Defender took everything in its stride and impressed anyone that saw it with its capabilities. Cleaning it up afterwards wasn’t fun….

@Cornbeef

Fantastic looking place. Thanks for the info on that. Trails galore. Looks like a real blast. Love all the mud.

If you're forced to clean that beauty one day, you'll need that to use the secret cleaning mode to get the crud out of the radiator fins. Useful to know.

@GavinC thanks for that. I hadn’t seen that in their videos before but will use it the next time I clean it.

It was too much fun. I’ve been too busy to make it back, but I’m hoping to get back there with a friend who has and original 110 and wants to get it dirty. Im planning on having the steelies on then too, and will see how much further we can go

With the schools closed to honor our veterans, I decided to take a spin up to the top of our local ski resort for some fun. A beaut of a November day.

KO2s do pretty well in this sort of fresh non compacted snow and were excellent in the muck on the lower slopes

LoRange and snow mode make the driving easy. ATPC if you're feeling especially lazy
