Default Destination Defender - Austin Area Owners

Planning on going to the event this year since its close to Austin. Was wondering if people in the area would want to meet up Friday at the North Austin dealer and roll together?

Love the idea, but it would take a LOT for me to drive into Austin on a Friday afternoon and then head west! I live SW of Austin and will like drive around it.

I'm still debating coughing up the money, but will probably wind up going. See 'ya there!

Planning on heading there Saturday morning, taking my FIL with me as copilot. Is the entrance pass per vehicle or per person?

You need to buy a ticket per person, although I would check with your dealer. I got tickets automatically emailed to me from my dealer so I think getting free tickets should be possible. If you're camping you still need to purchase a camping spot.

Same here. Got free tickets from the dealer in my email box. Planning to go on Friday and overnight nearby in Brenham - wife not much of a camping girl

I can't believe the music lineup! Way more legit than I would have expected. I guess this event is no joke!

Anyone know of any agenda or anything posted about what's when? I guess my OCD wants to know more details, but I can't find any. I guess after I arrive, I'll figure stuff out re: when/where. Thanks for any insights.

I don't unfortunately but am planning to leave Austin Friday around 2ish. We are going to be camping so I figured I'd just show up and the rest should be pretty easy since we won't be leaving the property till Sunday AM. If I get there before you and find an agenda ill gladly send it to you.

I sent them an email asking for more info. They replied saying more details will come soon via email. Hope it is soon enough to allow some planning. When/If I get something I will share with you guys.

@inater - Your plans sound like mine! I'm heading there early afternoon and will just find out. I plan on just chilling & listening to the bands most of the time.
