I think TrueCar and others are showing you may get $1k off or so. I got them to throw in the tow hitch and install it and that was about it. Lucky for me they had one In stock as i hear they are backordered. just picked up an eiger grey se basically stripped but with both off-road packs which was the only factory option I really wanted anyway.

Note the dealers here in NJ area have a pretty good inventory. My dealer says they have 30 or so on their website and I walked the lot and saw probably 15-20 in various configurations.

I looked around the country for one like I wanted. Towing Pack (full package, not just hitch) and Adaptive Cruise. Ended up with an '20 HSE with Towing Pack, Pangea with Black Top. Cash deal at 1700 off MSRP (including the Rover cash). They said yes too soon, I probably could have gotten a few 100 more off.

I'm in Baltimore, the car was in Wisconsin.

Did that include shipping or was it extra?

Thanks in advance.
my dealer (white plains NY) said they are aggressively trying to move the remaining 30 or so 2020s left. You can do better than the $1000 discount on 2020s. How much better, not sure. I’m not ready to buy (need garage rebuilt) so I wasn’t going to try negotiating.

aside from that, my corporate discount is currently 10% off disco sport and disco as well as velar and evoque. 5% off RR and RR Sport. Waiting on defender to be eligible.

No extra shipping included. I arranged that myself ($750).

Thanks that’s what I think is a reasonable target too - I am aiming for 10% but expect to negotiate back to more like 6 or 7%.

Frankly I don’t care how they get there - rebates, discounts, preferred rates, accessories etc.

This is the first vehicle I'm considering buying in my life with no expectation of getting any real discount on. Especially since I'm planning to special order a 2021 I don't expect much room to haggle. To be honest if I can get them to throw in the three year maintenance plan and if there's another one of the 1000 off rebates at some point during 2021 I'd consider that combination a big win. If anyone manages to get a few thousand off of MSRP on this vehicle I'd say you've really done quite well for yourself at the moment.

We negotiated $2,750 off a 2020 110 at year end. A local dealership was advertising $3,500 off loaded 2020 models.
