Default Does anyone know what this piece is?

I have a '24 Defender 110 X-Dynamic. Found this on the driveway today after the melting of the snow

On the bottom right there's a part number L8B2-00..... What's that number? Google it and see what comes up

I’m embarrassed I hadn’t thought to do that. The part’s in the car; I’ll check it tomorrow and let you know what I find out. Thanks.

It looks like the little bits that are before (or after, not too sure) the wheels. Like miniature mudflaps. I was trying to find the lucky8 rockslider install video, as they show them in it.

Google search returns no documents. Oh, well. It was still a good idea.

Are you missing those mini mud flaps on the bottom of the vehicle? Look on one side, front of the wheel, back of the wheel. Then look at the other side and see if there are any parts missing.

Here's a good site for parts with diagrams. Maybe you can find it just by how it looks, or use that partial number that was stamped into the part. What was the full number? It's tough to see in the picture...

Photo from my 110X. Look under vehicle a bit in front of the rear tires. One on each side.

Just checked mine and noticed two other small plastic ‘deflectors’ in the same vicinity, three per side. The are situated at the tail end of the underbody sheeting/protection. My best guess is that they are there to serve as some sort of ‘deflector’, since studying it, it appears that they are there are to break up airflow which would ‘adhere’ to the flat underbody while the vehicle is in motion, and once past the flat section, wind dynamics would cause all manner of rain, snow, dust, dirt, grit, or whatever to be swept directly upward, pushing all the aforementioned nasty bits to be lodged deeply in the recesses of the frame, underbody and suspension parts. Even these small protuberances will have a great effect on a linear airflow, and change the airstream downwind of it. Just my wild guess after looking at it. Would love to hear any other theories or guesses as to their intention with adding these.
