Post pics of your dog in the back of your Defender !
My bloodhound looks like such a spoiled brat in the back with her "quilted flap" up... but .. It makes me chuckle every time. PS, It’s actually great from a functional perspective - it keeps a decently behaved dog in situ, in the car, instead of jumping out when you open and close the door.

Very cute! Tell us more about that door table. I got the one from Plumb, and while most of their stuff seems VERY overpriced, the design is actually quite good and I'd say maybe deeper than most other because its table section is a folding 2 part design and the supports are wings that fold from each side. There will be pros and cons to any design though so I'm curious about yours and if you made it yourself?
Seen on the table is 1 of 2 induction plates specifically chosen to fit 2 side by side. They will run off an Ecoflow Delta Pro 2 max ( i think that's the model). I've car-camp cooked since the 80's on a Coleman 2 burner multi-fuel but thought I'd try this idea as well as powering the freezer/fridge from the unit for 10-14 day trips.
