Very cute! Tell us more about that door table.
Seen on the table is 1 of 2 induction plates specifically chosen to fit 2 side by side. They will run off an Ecoflow Delta Pro 2 max ( i think that's the model). I've car-camp cooked since the 80's on a Coleman 2 burner multi-fuel but thought I'd try this idea as well as powering the freezer/fridge from the unit for 10-14 day trips.
Mudstuff from 2023. It’s the same one that a few recent reviewers on here had quality problems with in 2025 -- Mine is brilliant and I have none of the issues those folks discuss (Im sure you can find the thread).
I like it because it’s relatively thin when stowed (and my cooler of choice - a yeti - goes on the right for long trips, and has about 2cm of space between the dog guard and the rear door to spare. It also has a great cutting board on the bottom that I use as serving tray and prep -- I remove it from the table and carry it around with the meat, to cut & prep, etc.
BTW love induction and no wind issues. Runs off the external battery packs... interesting? How much does that stove weigh? First I’ve seen this.
This is Daisy hanging in the back seat. We took our new Defender 110 P400 on a month and a half summer road trip from Phoenix to the Oregon Coase, about 3200 miles, she was a trooper! We had to get this seat cover because of all the beach sand she likes to bring with her. Hoping to do another road trip this summer.
There are actually two in this photo, but a little hard to see both. I have another good one of them both in the Defender I took in front of the Wall Drug dinosaur, but I'm in that and it's a bad pic.
