Now, IMO this is going to be a very good representation of the market. P300 with no frills (except for ACC) and Air suspension. Just listed and already at $50k.

Mine is a '21, and a 110S, but otherwise very similar. Pangea Green on steelies with white roof, with Khaki leather interior, air suspension, digital gauge cluster, and not much else! I paid under $60k for it new and curious if it's still worth more than I paid 15k miles on.
