Default Is flaking paint on the grille a known thing that would be coved on warranty?

I’ve got a flaked out area on my grille/bumper that is growing. If I look close I can see it will continue to flake out further like it’s not adhered on the plastic underneath correctly. Is this a known thing that would be covered under my warranty or are they going to say it was caused by road wear (it wasn’t) and I’m on my own to fix it.

I'd definitely say its worth a shot getting them to fix it under warranty. Its always tough to tell from photos but it doesn't look like it was the result of a rock strike....

Pretty unlikely a warranty would cover paint work. I have heard of a paint recall due to an incorrect mix or something. I bet thy would claim road wear on this being in the front of the vehicle.

Definitely worth taking it to your dealer and see if they can cover it under warranty.
