The advanced color wheel wasn't available last month. So you didn't miss out. These things are very fluid and happens after many hours spent testing. You didn’t miss anything. It was just timing that it came right after using Garrett. Garrett is great. I'd hire him again.

One more thing to clarify this color wheel option only is available if you have the oem basic mood lighting already installed. It won't work on defenders with basic lighting. So everyone who wants this needs another professional like the dealership to install the basics first.
I'm not a hardware installer and dont any hardware installations.
So you didn't miss this option because it wasn't available until today.
If you do have the basic lighting and you want it, for a small fee (welcome to capitalism) I'm sure he can send the laptop to you again.

Hey @markjlr this is very cool. I may be interested. What are the risks associated with installing this? Does it void any warranties? Can it easily be reverted by the owner in the event there's some kind of serious bug? Does it or could it ever conflict with future, official JLR updates? Does it require continuous contact with you to keep up to date with the latest updates? Thanks in advance!
