Does the front cell phone charger eliminate the cup holders or does the phone charger slide to reveal cup holders?

 

the wireless charging pad is aft of the cup holders

You may have a rubber pad over the charger. It is either on top of the charger or below it in the storage nook. Make sure it isn't there if you want to charge your phone, Basically, if it doesn't look like it's charging, you likely have the rubber pad there.
