Default Gearbox ‘S’ mode question

Recently taken delivery of a 90 75th Edition with air suspension.
Question - when I drop the gearbox into ‘S’ mode, I would swear the steering and throttle get sharper and the suspension less ‘bouncy, but have been unable to find any reference to this.
Appreciate S alters the shift points in a sportier way, but am I imagining the other changes to suspension etc? Car does drive a lot nicer in S….
😁

My research does not find any mention of effects of Sport mode on the steering or suspension. The throttle may seem sharper due to the shift points and the vehicle running in a lower gear or two and downshifting earlier, and remaining in gear longer before an up shift. So yes, the perception of a sharper throttle system may be there but there is no direct correlation to that and being in Sport mode. But I also enjoy slipping it into Sport mode on occasion to feel the snappier shifting, and to fool people into thinking they can slip past, in their minds, this large, heavy, boxy overbuilt SUV. Only to discover that it is much faster than it looks. Hey, 0 to 60 in the range of about 5 seconds, give or take a few tenths of a second is quite impressive for a vehicle built this solidly.

Sport mode has no effect on suspension and steering. It only adjusts the transmission mapping.
