I had the Duratrac tires mounted about a month ago and have had several rainy days here (Western Pennsylvania) and have not had any spots. My Defender was purchased in Nov. of 2020.

My tires were manufactured in Germany. I don’t see “Land Rover” called out on the tires but see “LR”. I’m assuming that’s the call out you were inquiring about.

I had the same issue but didn't think it was the tire. There are 2 drain holes in the bottom of the door and looks like it may be coming from those. Need to investigate further. My new chequer plate helped cover it up. I used NuFinish to clean and buff it out before installing the rear plate. One stain was completely removed bit the other was still slightly noticeable.
