Does anyone know if the caps over the screws on grab bars can be replaced or do

Any ideas where I might find the plastic inserts to cover the screws for this rear seat grab bar?
Do you have to replace the whole thing? If the caps can be replaced, any recommendations on where I might find these and what they might be called?

30406B - make sure you pick the right color, there are lunar and black ones -- Then go to a US-based LR site and order them there, like "landleaping.com" or similar
