Completely agree. The color matched wheels should have been in the 18" steel. Although I thought the same for the Trophy too.

Seems like a repeated miss by JLR but I guess the know their customer base just clamors for bigger and bigger alloys. Who needs rubber? Having them in green just sweetens the deal. Given the number of chunks and chips in my dumb alloys, I'd have these green ones ruined in no time flat.

The green crossbeam and paint are nice but it really needs a white roof.

I'm a terrible curmudgeon I guess.

Ooofph, it's a bit too fast and furious looking. I don't dislike the color, just doesn't seem like it fits well on the new Defender, notably the rims.

What should've looked great came out looking a bit ****. The new Defender has a great design, almost universally praised. Retro color palettes are way in right now, how could this miss? I think issue #1 is the color, that shade looks great on the old trucks because of the metal bits and contrasting top and maybe just the fact that it's all metal. It somehow looks a bit forced on a modern car with composite bumpers and plastic everywhere. The second thing is the wheels. Just nope.
